About ISO9002 Certificate Ningbo Tongda Precision Casting Co., Ltd. received the ISO9002/QS-9000 certificate of quality system certification in December 1999. This certificate is issued by Shanghai Audit Centre of Quality System (SAC), which is the first certification body (Registration No. SC01) accredited by the nation (CNACR) and approved by RAAD VOOR Accreditation (RvA). The certificate has won the mutual recognition of 17 countries, i.e., the USA, England, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Spain, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, which have signed the International Accreditation Forum / Multilateral Recognition Agreement (IAF/ MLA).

Quality Control We began to provide auto casting to North American market from 1997. According to the strict request of QS-9000, we made control plan based on Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) has been implemented after Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC). We have produced door hinge of cast steels and exhaust flange casting of ductile iron for General Motors Corporation for years. Also our hinge bracket has been approved by PPAP of pre-launch.

Certificate of QS-9000 In 1999, we won the certificate of QS-9000, which is a Quality System Requirements formulated by Chrysler, Ford and General Motor. This standard applies to all suppliers, which provides materials, parts or services to any of these three companies directly. Meanwhile, it was widely adopted by many other famous auto manufacturers.
