Procedures/testing Details: 1. All raw material must be inspected before being used in the production. 2. QC inspections are performed at each stage of production. 3. Random inspections are also conducted every day. 4. A final inspection is conducted before delivery is authorized. Our detection devices include: Spectrum analysis instrument Universal testing machine Impact test machine Brinell and Rockwell hardness tester Metallography Micro-camera. We have non-destructive test (NDT) equipment to ensure quality by magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, penetrate testing and radiography testing. Other Information: We produce products by the following methods: 1. Investment casting (lost-wax molding) 2. Full mold casting (expendable pattern casting) 3. Sand casting
