We manufacture products by the following methods: (1) Investment casting (Lost-wax molding)
Through cleaning and shot blasting, the dimensional tolerances can conform to CT4-CT7 (ISO8062), the cast surface roughness (Ra) is 3.2 microns to 25 microns (ISO2632/III). (2)Full mold casting (Expendable pattern casting)
The styrofoam pattern which is made from polystyrene will leave nothing after burning to make the casting efficiently in large-scale production. (3) Sand casting
To get more precision casting, we produce some items by the method of furane resin self-hardening sand.
